Your lawyer will represent and advise you in all judicial and extra-judicial matters before all courts and administrative authorities of the Principality of Liechtenstein, before domestic and foreign arbitration tribunals and before international courts.
Lawyers are obliged to maintain confidentiality. The professional secrecy of lawyers is protected by the law. This means that you can talk openly with your lawyer about your problems without having to fear leaks.
The lawyer carries out his profession independently, in his own name and on his own responsibility. He is subject to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Princely Court of Appeal.
